Harvest Help!

Kind of in a funk on when to harvest. I am at day 65 of flower. Using a 60x loupe and my Girl Scout cookies are showing 1/10 amber trichs and all other trichs cloudy. I want to harvest the gsc and hang them in my grow tent to dry.
However, my 3 blue dream that are in same tent hardly have amber trichs and it's 50/50 cloudy/ clear trichs. I do not think my blue dreams are ready.
I want to harvest my gsc and hang them in same tent as my blue dream are still flowering. Am I better off turning the lights off completely while my gsc dry and blue dream flower? Or can I keep the light on for blue dream while the gsc dries above the light in the shadow?

No. You need to dry them in a separate area. Do NOT dry them in the shadows of a grow room. Use a closet, cardboard box, anything else dude. Drying buds should NOT be exposed to light.

My first harvest was dried in plastic mail totes with several slits cut on either side for clothes hangers to slide in. Totes hung in dark closet and buds hung off coat hangers in the tote. $0.00 investment and works like a charm.

Hawk, would it then be okay to harvest the gsc, and keep the lights off while blue dream are still in flower for an extra few days?

Well there wouldn't be much of a point to harvest one, then leave the lights off when others aren't ready. Plants need light to do what they do.

I agree with this, If you turn the lights off, just to fuck up the photoperiod.... Give me ONE benefit of this. Create a veg room....
