Im two weeks from harvest, i have 3/4 og kush all female triched to hell. Two of which i bent and cut and tied two that i did not,(just to see the yield difference) Anyway one of my plants has absolutely no trichs; hairs and buds are all over it but no trichomes.Dose anybody have any insight on why this could be, or how to promote trichome growth at this stage in flowering? or is it a wasted plant?
btw my grow is deep well hydro, im useing nute's and they are drinking regularly

i dont think pic could be possible. But as i said before she has hairs about 25% red and thick veg buds, she is not a herm. But trichs have not formed. She is 1 out of 4 the other three are triched to hell. What could cause this?

I think he's referring to the pistils being 25% red. (I may be mistaken tho) if that is the case....take the red hairs with a grain of salt. Many environmental factors can contribute to pistils turning red.
I grew out super skunk out doors this yr. It barely frosted up. All my other plants were all sugared up. It had some tricome coverage but it was harder to see without a loupe. I chalked it up to just be an unfavorable pheno. The smoke was still good...but def my least favorite.
Are these from seed or are they clones taken from the same mother?
Do you have a loupe to check your tricomes?

I had a plant do that once, and it still turned out OK.
They are probably still there...have you looked with a scope or magnifying glass?
If they are completely non existent, KILL IT NOW lol. Thats the last thing we need reproducing and making seeds
-------------------- Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?
