This pic was taken on the 30th and I started noticing the dead spots and yellowing yesterday.Is this from transplant shock of these rooted clones? The clone on the back-right is Skywalker and the one in the front is Chem Valley Kush.

They look fine to me. If the new growth was yellowed I'd be worried, but it's lookin healthy.
I'm not sure how hot the kellogs soil is....but combined with the nutrients that are added to MG's perlite it may be a tad too hot for them. But they really don't look bad.

When I clone my plants I cut my leafs like yours . That is a sign that the plant is useing all the food out of the leafs to makin roots ,so if i see this happen I know my clones are rooted .
Like FJ said just look at the new growth they look ok man .

I'm telling you that Kellog's is going to fuck your shit up. I've used it before and it burned my plants every time, especially young ones. When I transplanted them to Fox Farm they all recovered nicely.

Update 12/10/13
Well one leaf on the chem valley turned completely yellow and some on the skywalker are starting too.

I would flush the shit out of em, then transfer into FFOF.

Flushed the soil and won't be able to get FFOF until the weekend.
Odd my posion og is perfectly fine with no yellowing.
