Can I secure a clear trash bag with micro pore tape around a male ? The micro pore is for breathing covering holes in bag and duct tape will be used to secure bag to pot, The question is will that setup polenize my females? Thanks for help

I'm sure that could work for you, but i think you'd be better off keeping the male completely isolated
Is there any reason why you can't grow that plant in a closet or in another room to harvest the pollen?
To me havin a male mixed in with my garden is NOT worth the risk.

I gotta agree with Joe on this one. I tend to think they will get pollinated that way.

Yea, I agree with the guys. I think pollen from a male plant would easily be dispersed into the environment once you disturbed the bag to maintain the plant or whatever. Male plants don't require nearly the same amount of energy to grow that female plants do. Male cannabis plants can easily be supported with just a couple of CFL's in the 2700K range to encourage pollination in a separate closet away from your garden of female plants. Male plants die off pretty quickly once they release their pollen.
