Replace the vermiculite with perlite and you're pretty much golden. The plants are going to use the nutrients provided to them by the organic materials in the soil pretty quick at only 20%. You'll want to look into getting a well balanced organic or inorganic fertilizer to begin fertigating your plants with once the available nutrients in the soil have been used up by the plant(s). A calcium and magnesium supplement wouldn't hurt anything either.
