They're all legal in the USA. I got a lot of downs. I ingest a stimulant twice a week. I use a lot of ginseng.

I got 16 different kinds. I recommend starting with ginseng. Cost me just over $500. I have one dangerous herb which I have to be extra careful with. It's almost 4:20 am. I just woke up and downed some astragalus. Astragalus is one of my favorites. My supply should last me at least until the end of winter. Grey skies all winter in the Pacific Northwest. I'm even legal to smoke pot in Washington, but I'm just chillin' with herbs right now. I just read about the Seattle Cannabis Cup in High Times. Maybe I'll make it to the next one.

I drink "yak." It's called yak because it tastes like vomit. I put some juice or water in a medium sized saucepan and add my finely powdered herbs and mix into a slurry with fork and drink!
I've tested over 150 herbs thoroughly. My only fear is the "three hit combo." That's where for some reason I happen to take some herbs over a period of time that don't agree with each other and wind up with a mess of myself. I have almost six years of herb experience, with two and a half years running various experiments, filling almost two spiral notebooks. I spent three years doing a lot of goofballs, which is ups and downs together.
I found this great high in this herb called Senna. It's kind of like a psychedelic cannabis type thing. Unfortunately, small amounts make you excrete mucous into your intestine.
I almost died a few times testing herbs. Serious.

I don't test any more. The only things I might test would be salvia or baby woodrose seeds.

u might as well do a herb that gives u a decent buzz

My favorite was this concoction that got you high when you took the recommended dose. That company went out of business. They used to sell the ephedrine.
I feel safe doing what I'm doing. I'm not taking anything that burns the guts or makes you vomit at low dosage or anything like that.
Right now, I'm on hops and chamomile. Those are my two non-dopy downs. It's almost time for more herbs. Peace out, yo.
