Dam man look at your soil its fucked . Me, I would have taken that thing out of that shit . How do you know its a female? Is it feminize?
If its a bagseed kill it and start over fuck that mess sorry thats my 2 cents!
Or dont kill it try and get rid of that soil and put iy in good stuff.

Soil is a little over a third maybe perlite and close to two thirds potting soil
Mix in some coir or dig up and put in new soil?
At least her drainege os good now!
Shes a female purp not bagseed even if she was id still want to save her
Shes got one cpfl on her a few inches away and a fan and shes in a closet and lately been giving her pure water and were known for having some of the worlds finest water comes right outta the worlds largest intermittent spring
Fed her miracle grow twice ever foliar fed a few times with epsom

That poor plant, it look's so sad.
I don't think it likes the soil, I would stop feeding it anything to start with.
It should only need water and some decent clean soil which should already have more than enough nutrients to get it growing. Perlite and vermiculite aren't that important really. You can only learn from your mistakes.
