ductless mini split

ok I just got a 18000 btu 1½ ton pioneer ductless mini split the dud told me AFTER I payed for it it onley cools 450square foot not 900square foot
the room is 20ft long 8ft wide 7ft tall I am using 3000wat of hps will it keep the room cool

When dealing with ac's you need to consider the heat you're producing....not the square footage the unit is rated for. You're gonna need 4000 btu's per 1000 watt light.
So you're good to go. Runnin what you got.
You're not stretching 3k over you're entire room are you?

Also keep in mind the size of your reflectors, whether they are air cooled, the size of ducting you are using, ventilation etc.

I have a veg room 8ft long 8ft wide 1000 watts in it the flower room is 12ft long 8ft wide it has 2000watt
its a sealed room air gets pulled from room to room with 6in can fans

So do you have sealed air cooled reflectors? If so, how big are the ports.

I got air cooled reflectors but thay are not sealed do you think i need to seal them

So it sounds like they are sealed then. Are you actually air cooling them?
