There is a questionnaire at the top of this forum. Please fill that out completely and we'll try and get it figured out for you.

Well to start, you are WAY underwatering. You don't want to give so little, so often. You want to give each plant about 3-4 liters, wait for them to dry up quite a bit and then repeat.
I think you may have a micronutrient issue. When I get back from vacation tomorrow I'll have a better diagnoses.

Are you sure? They are in about 5-6l of soil each 3-4l of water seems excessive? When watering every 24h i give them water just when the lights go on and they usually dont show any dryness symptoms at all, no hanging leaves. I use a 1.5l bottle and devide it up on 5 plants then refill.
How would i solve a micronute issue, i thought alga bloom is a complete solution?

Yes I'm sure. Watering that small of an amount will leave dry pockets in the soil. Dry pockets in the soil mean that there are spots taht aren't going have healthy roots.
The process of the soil drying out brings air into the root system, which is critical. Like I said, when I get home tomorrow I will look up what's going on. It looks familiar I can't quite place it though.

PH issues could be causing some kind of lock up.

Soil is a little more forgiving that hydro in terms of PH swings. I do not have any experience with growing in soil, but it's critical the plants stay within a the right ph range throughout their lives. If the PH is off, the plant can't take up certain nutrients - imagine growing up your whole life without any protein or vitamin c. It's also very hard to diagnose the plant without knowing the ph.
It's pennies to get a ph test kit and ph buffers, so you really should just go get those things - because they are vital tools.
You can adjust the ph of your soil by flushing the plants with PH'd water - check the run off. Repeat until the runoff is within the range you want, then your solution is in that range. Make sure you really flush it.

i tested the runnoff water from one pot it was around 6.5-7.
someone else suggested it could be calmag def and adding some epsom salt?

I think you are dealing with Mg deficiency.
I would get some cal/mag if it is available where you live, if not epsom salt can work.

I was looking at some pics and that kinda looks like this pic of (K) toxicity?

That wouldn't make any sense. Potassium toxicity causes lock out of all sorts of nutrients, and will usually cause symptoms of those. Magnesium is one of those that are locked out. So while it's possible, I'm not betting on it.
How often are you feeding it.

That was toxic salt build up dude.
Like I said, earlier Potassium tox will show up as more than one deficiency.
Look at the top pictures in the same thread, expand the Mg pic.

i was feeding them with every watering every 24h with 4ml of alga bloom to 1.5l water - im thinking the whole issue might have been over fert. - i flushed the plants yesterday and will try to recover them using plain water and rhizotonic and maybe some light nutes.

Now that you have flushed them. STOP WATERING EVERY DAY. Do it once a week, or when the soil is dry.
Feel the weight of them right now. Now feel them once every couple days, then when they are quite a bit lighter, water.
Still looks like Mg deficiency to me. Which could be caused by lock out from over feeding.
