Botanicare's "Sweet" line of supplements

i'm on my third grow right now, and it's my first time using botanicare. obviously i'm not the most experienced grower. right now i use botanicare grow/bloom, silica blast, and calmag. read a little about botanicare's sweet products and their esters (except the sweet raw). i've never used any "sweet" like products so i'm curious...
just wondering if it's worth picking up. my grow store has 30% off all botanicare this month so it's like 13 bucks a quart. just wanted to hear some people opinions. love it, hate it, in between? do the esters really leave a flavor behind?

Ask for a couple samples and try it on one of your plants

Sweet is a good produce. Tho I don't buy into the favors and shit. It is a great source of carbohydrates.

yea, same here. i'm not interested in the flavored ones, i liked the concept of their Sweet Raw. no esters added, it's just supposed to help bring out whatever flavors are already there. i like that idea rather than trying to flavor my plants... i wanna taste and smell what the plant has, nothing more, nothing less.
hopin to see some more responses before i make up my mind. i know someone around here has used this stuff.

I've tested the berry stuff and the citrus stuff. I wanted to see if it would make the berry strain even stronger and same for the citrus. I didn't notice a difference between the plants that I used it on and the ones I didn't.
Good source of carbs but the flavor stuff is hokey bullshit.

Yeah the flavors usually just telling you what kind of fruit some of the sugars come from...i usually just go with sugarcane cuz i think sugar is the best for sugar...but any one will work fine.
If youre growin hydro get sweet...but if youre in soil try considering strapped. Its pretty much sweet but specifically for soil growers. Its organic cuz its just molasses.
I dont usually mess with additives but sweeteners can be pretty cool.

Havent heard of it molding up but it can and will cause problems in a hydro system.
Molasses is an almost mandatory ingredient when brewing compost teas...but it can be easily over applied too...
Regardless...sweet is badass too. If i was gonna get one for hydro id get the raw as well.
