Tips for increasing bud Flavor?

Just like my other thread, only this time I'm wondering what additives, sprays and techniques the growers of the growery use to enhance the flavor/aroma of their bud?

Molasses late in flowering will bring out the flavors in your bud and I think some of the tastiest bud uses organic guano (high p/k) during flowering. Neither of these items need be flushed, so you can feed with them all the way to harvest if you want, and they increase bud production as an additional benefit!

So you've found that botanicare sweet actually does help? I've been thinking about it for awhile but haven't really heard much about whether or not it helps with flavor and yield. does it matter whether you get berry or citrus? do you pick citrus for say lemon skunk and berry for blueberry weed?
Also, has anyone used this? basically the same thing? General Hydroponics FloraNectar
http://www.generalhydroponics.com/genhydro_US/floranectar_new.html
And one last question; I still have about half a bottle of Earth Juice Catalyst which basically contains molasses and various other sugars, how does this compare with the previously mentioned additives in terms of flavor and quality?
Cheers!

Not familiar with that product...usually those are just re-labeled bottles of molasses anyway so that should be ok.

that's basically what I'm guessing. I have some actually molasses too, so I guess I'm just trying to figure out if all the enzymes that these companies claim to add are actually worth the extra money.

So I started reading into the ingredients more and it turns out you would definitely be better off just going with blackstrap molasses for this purpose. Most of those products are basically just molasses combined with a tea of kelp, guano etc... nothing super unique. Obviously the berry or pineapple flavorings aren't going to be expressed by the bud (just not the way things work with plants), so it's just sugar again.
Verdict: not worth the money

I'm not saying Sweet will change the taste of your buds drastically, but I do notice a difference, mine are at day 38 of flowering and The flowers just have an overall sweeter smell than those used without it. I like all the organic ingredients and my buds taste good afterwards. And if you decide to give it a try I would use citrus with lemon and other citrus strains, and berry with berry strains. I would also suggest getting the smallest bottle and do your own comparison. I honestly dont think you will be let down.

Oh yea I forgot to add I botanicare products for nutes as well. So that also can be a reason why imo Sweet is a good product.
