 1st Time Grower needs help!!!

Hopefully someone can help. Im having a problem with a girl. I had this problem with two girls. I flushed both but was only able to stop the problem with one after flushing. I am still having this problem with this girl. Can someone identify whats wrong and suggest a solution. The problem only occurs on the bottom leaves. If I remove the it will spread to the next one, being the bottom. It does not happen to middle or upper leaves.

1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
2. How old are your plants?
3. How tall are your plants?
4. What size containers are they planted in?
5. What is your soil mix?
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering?
7. What is the pH of your water?
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
14. What is the pH of the soil?
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
16. How much experience do you have growing?

I will post a pic of the entire plant tomorrow because the grow room is dark right now and dont want to disturb them.
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Seed
2. How old are your plants? 30 days since seeded
3. How tall are your plants? 1 ft
4. What size containers are they planted in? 2 gallon pots
5. What is your soil mix? roots organics
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? as of now, every 7-8 days
7. What is the pH of your water? 6.0-6.5
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? Grow big, voodoo juice, cal-mag, hygrozyme and nitrogen boost as of now, 10-7-8
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? Yes, with water and nitrogen boost mix
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")480 watts LEDs
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 6-12" apart
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 6x3 7' tall
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 72-81, 41-61%
14. What is the pH of the soil? 5.3 as of right now
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? Ealier had fungus gnats. No longer exists
16. How much experience do you have growing?Im a beginner

I think you are giving them too much fertilizer. Like I told Kennedy, flush em.

After seeing that pic, she looks pretty good. I would back off of the nutrients, and see how she does.
The lower leaves will do that naturally, how quickly that happens is dependent on how much light penetration you have.
