I would say they are done for in my opinion. For 1 they are probably over watered. You don't need to water everyday! For 2 you need to know what ph water your feeding your plants. You need to buy a ph test kit and get some ph down also. I would say your ph is probably too high plus the over watering is killing the plant.

I don't even understand what your saying here... This is just a list of types of lights. What type are you using?

Hahha, beat me to it this time. Yeah, totally would consider that plant dead.
I would spend time reading about every stage of growth before you start. Watch the youtube videos.
Also good to know both your house and lamp are on the ANSI; but the wattage of your light could be crucial.
-------------------- In order to grow good weed you need to be part carpenter, electrician, plumber, biologist, geneticist, chemist, and very willing to get dirty.
I've been working with power tools since I was 8, my dad is an electrical engineer who owned a 280 gal fish tank, and I studied biology with a specialty in genetics. Getting dirty comes naturally. I think my parents inadvertently trained me to be a weed grower.
Look at my garden. Everything I did was extremely budget conscious, disregarding the high pressure sodium light (which was given to me). However even if you want to follow what I did to the tee you can get a security light from homedepot that is 150watt HPS for like 50-100 dollars.
