 Doc says I need to cut back on my cannabis smoking

So went to the Doctors today and she says I have a 'fatty liver' most likely from cannabis since it gives me the munchies.
So she says I need to cut back our quit my cannabis use. I probably will as I need to lose some weight and bud doesn't help with that.
