Planning on a Grow Tent.

I'm starting this thread to get help with planning my first grow (which might not take place any time soon). I will be editing this post as we go.
What I want is a small enclosed grow that can continuously flower plants. I'm not too worried about vegging as of yet, but tips on this are welcome as well.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Supplies:
Tent: GrowLab 120 - 4'x4'x6'7" Portable Grow Tent
Lighting: 1000 Watt Air-Cooled Electronic Ballast + Yield Master II Classic 6 " Reflector + Ultra Sun 1000 Watt High Pressure Sodium Bulb
The 1000W bulb pictured on the right.
Timers: TBD
Ventilation: Vortex 6" 452cfm Powerfan - VTX600
Air Filtration + Carbon Filter Replacements: TBD
Growth Container: 1 or 2 Gallon Thermoformed Pots
Growth Medium: TBD
Nutrients (Flower & Veg): TBD
Seeds: Nirvana's Northern Lights (femmed) & Nirvana's Northern Lights Auto (femmed)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So far this list is very tentative.
What do yall think about what I've got down so far? Is it all "compatible" (correct sizes/correct wattage/etc)?
I'm a little confused when it comes to the air filter/carbon filter. Is this piece inserted in between the tent and fan, or what?
Any tips on my missing supplies nutrients?
I also can't decide if I want the femmed Northern Lights or the regular Northern Lights.

Well that's a big tent for such a little light. You are also going to want a vented light. There are a few different ways to do the carbon filter, but you don't have enough ventilation to begin with. You need to be moving at least 2-3 times the total cubic feet every minute.
What do you mean by you aren't worried about veg? How many plants do you plan to have at any given point?

I'll look around for a vented light. And isn't 400W enough for 4x4? Not sure if you saw the light had 2 settings.

So I need to move more air than the total area of the tent per minute? It's got about 105 cubic feet in the tent and the fans I picked out move 170 cubic feet.

I haven't planned that far yet. I am hoping to fit maybe 9 of those 5 gallon buckets in there with one plant in each.
Thanks for the reply! Much appreciated.

Well 9 plants in 5 gallons is WAY too much for a 400, maybe in 1-2 gallon bags in a sea of green style grow.
a 4x4 area should have about 1000 watts of HID light.
I didn't say more, I said 2-3 times more What you have is not that.

Okay, so updated the OP.
Changed out the Lighting from 400W to 1000W. Are those all the parts I need? Ballast/bulb/cooled reflector?
Changed the pots out for 1 or 2 gallon plastic pots. How many do you think I could fit in the 4x4ft tent with one plant in each pot using SOG?
Changed out the fan to a 6inch 450CFM.

So you are buying an 8" ported hood but only a 6 inch fan?
How many you want in there all depends on how big you want to grow them.
Why do you have 3 different bulbs there?
Do you have any experience growing?

No experience growing. Was it that obvious?
I fixed the hood to a 6 inch. I was confused when picking between the 6 and 8 inch thinking they were measuring hood width instead of the fitting.
I'll either being flowering a single cola or doing a little topping.
And that's just the pic from the site I linked. The 1000W bulb is on the right.
