How to end an ebay dispute.... and not have to pay the buyer?

I sent them the item but they filed a significantly not as described suit right now and such.
Their address was unconfirmed and they're in Austria. Can I make this work for me?

BTW, their claim is that the crap I sent isn't authentic.
I made a boo-boo and bought some stuff that wasn't 'exact'... second boo-boo was selling it on eBay.

I have no idea what your talking my only advice to you is this. Smoke as much marijuana as you can and get off ebay. You should also get a blowjob or two those things are cool.

I am in Canada, but only for two weeks.
Problem though, is eBay going to send the feds after me or try to bring me to court for a $180?

I wouldn't think so, but I could be wrong. He could try to sue you, but I don't think that'd go very far, seeing as how he's in a another country. I'd think that at worst, all he can do is bitch and leave you bad rating. I'd cancel any PayPal account you may have ASAP if I were you, though.

Don't think I can cancel during a dispute.
They already left a bad rating before opening the dispute. Their first mistake.
I don't want the bag back, so I'll probably try to offer a bit of money back - but not so much that I'll take a loss. If they won't agree to that, I'll just tell paypal that that wasn't the bag I sent them and they switched it out in order to con a new seller.
I don't have my pay pal through a credit card, so they can't just take any money from me.

That's good. That's why I said to close it, BTW.

They close any auctions selling fakes openly.
These bags were crap, though. When I get up and going I'll be paying a lot more for a lot better copies.

if they have no way to get funds from you, all they will do is ban you from ebay for life. probably family members as well.

It's no problem if they ban me. This was some shitty account I made years ago with not much security.
It's not the highly anonymous proxy enabled and encrypted eGold involving account that I'll be using in the future.

did you advertise the bags as name brand on your listing? but they are knock-off bags? Sounds like you're in the wrong here.
