they seem pretty reasonable priced for american made good leds.
Looks Chinese to me. Nothing American made except the diodes, but that doesn't guarantee a thing. I wouldn't buy one. Price wise you get what you pay for with the diodes, they can cost up to $5 each and its easy to skimp on the pricey ones. I'm not saying it wouldn't work, or that its total crap, but I've seen that style light before and I'm not thrilled about the design.
Notice the 240w panel only pulls 160w, pulling slightly more than the Blackstar-240 (at 130w). The first sign of deception. Does it have a finned heat sink?

Well I'm 4000 watts of HPS, in a soil setup. I use co2 etc.

Ha, huge. I would have to get the measurements. But bigger than 20x12, or there abouts.
Let me rephrase it. How many panels etc. would I need to yield 6 pounds.

Rough estimate, about 2500-3500w of the Diamond Series. Hard to say without actually doing the math, but there's a bunch of different options for light footprint/density. You don't need that much room to get six pounds.

That's just a guess, but they're usually around 25-50% less wattage. LED people compare actual power draw, whereas HID people use what's printed on the box, not including the ~10% extra wattage it actually pulls. So right away its almost impossible to actually compare watt for watt.
Six pounds would take ~8x12, which would be six of the DS XML-350's (@ 1980w). But to guarantee the biggest yield maybe put 2-4 (660-1320w) more of them in that same space. With the DS 400, 10 would get the job done for sure in that area. So about $6-10k before they give you a bulk discount.
