No, each container should have received about 3 gallons each. You always flush with at least 3 times the amount of substrate you have.

Nah, just do it now. Flush em with 3 gallons each, or transplant into a bigger container with new soil.

i was going to wait on the transplant cause you stated before its to early for that.. But if im transplanting into a bigger pot with the fox farm soil wouldn't the problem still be there?
k i will run more water tomorrow, i will go pick up some clearex also from my local hydro store to help make sure that i am flushing the soil good.
now if im going to be flushing the soil, will i be flushing out the nutrients as well? will i have to start adding in nutrients ?

Check it with every gallon you use, if it's hitting 6.9ish area, I wouldn't change it a bit.

i would reccomend just straight water... not nutients... then the next water i would do straight water again... and then you can think about puttin some nutes in...
also.. you need to remember that once a leaf is bad or starts crumbling.. it isn't gonna come back.. so just keep doing the right thing and wait it out until some new fan leaves sprout.. eventually these leaves will either fall off or you can pluck them once there are enough fan leaves total.. (mid-veg)
