Should I continue to flush?

Hey guys, I am taking care of a plant, the rain has come and I am in the middle of flushing the system, it's outdoor, but my problem is, is that the soil is not drying out as fast as it was in the warmer months. this has me worried about root rot or black spot, can I continue to flush my baby or should I just pull it now?

you could continue to flush and not water as often if it's not drying out as quickly as you would like.
