hey guys this is my first post on here, found this place through shroomery but ya. well i plan on doing a little gorilla grow this year and probly gonna be plot searching for the next couple days.
but i dont have any experience with all these new crazy strains, ive done outdoor grows in the past and with great results but all i ever used was shitty middy seeds.
so if anyone can give me some recommendations for easy good growing, weather and bug resistance strains that would be awesome. iam a michigan guy so our weathers fucked lol.

No personal experience, but Dutch Passion just released AutoFrisian Dew - this is the first fully autoflowering seed developed specifically for outdoor environments in Northern Europe.
It's fast, tolerates cold, resists mould, mildew & most diseases - no guarantee about bugs or critters though.
Might be good for Michigan. We don't ship to the US, but you can find it at other seed banks.
Here's a link & a pic if you're interested - AutoFrisian Dew
If you don't like Automatics, Dutch Passion also has a non-auto Frisian Dew - very lovely with a dash of colour.
And here's a link to all the seeds featured on our site that are recommended by the original breeder for outdoors. Maybe you'll find something. http://www.cannabis-seeds.co.uk/recommended-outdoor.html
Happy hunting!

I've grown outdoors at 42 degrees latitude for a couple of years. My plants have to finish in eight weeks. So far the best strains are white widow, swiss cheese, wonder woman and kaya gold. Blue mystic and master kush finished on time but were prone to bud rot. I tried one auto strain, low ryder 2 did suprisingly well.

Hey guy sorry you didn't get any decent responses...
You're in a more northern climate, but plenty of people grow at higher latitudes! With good strain selection you should be fine! Check out Hybrids from Hell and Royal Canadian Marijuana Collective. Great selection of strains bred for the outdoors. Seedheaven.net has some good stuff in the store as well. You can do every thing else right..but if your strain doesn't finish in time or molds to hell it can ruin a harvest..grow strains that are meant for the outdoors.
Good luck!

No problem man..just do a google search. HFH can be had at seedbay or from a variety of other places..rcmc has a retail site, and more info can be found at unleashdagreen.net (I can't remember if you have to register to read the forums)

Also, Mazar-I-Sharif, while not fantastic herb, will yield some great hash from what I've heard, and it's highly resistant to cold temps. And she gets huge outdoors.
