Total noob question about HVAC venting in my closet

Hey everyone, my seedlings are really starting to take off well. Temp, humidity, and inner air circulation are great inside the closet. The one thing I'm concerned about is CO2 availability and out of room air exchange. Most of the time my closet door is closed.
This closet is a large walk in, and has a small vent in the ceiling. When I started growing, I opened it and I'm pretty sure it is providing fresh, cool air to the room when the AC comes on - but I was having trouble confirming this through a search engine. I know nothing about HVAC vents, so I apologize if this is obvious.
Can anyone confirm if having fans plus this ceiling vent will be enough for air exchange in the closet? Thanks!

what are you running for fans? I wouldn't count on that ac vent to supply the co2 your plants need. Personally I'd just hook up a blower outside the closet....blow fresh air through some ducting into your closet. this would suffice. not ideal, but with the scale of your grow its definetly good enough.
running a passive intake is also something to consider.

I have a basic 3 speed, foot tall fan blowing over the top of the plants and mostly to carry heat away from the HID. I also use a medium swamp cooler blowing around the lower base of the plants facing the opposite direction. It keeps temp and humidity just about perfect.
There is an attic I could duct to, or I could hook up a blower right outside it since security isn't a *big* issue. Only thing I would worry about with a blower is working around light leaks if I had to slip ducting through the sliding door. I guess I wouldn't mind paying for a co2 generator if it will provide considerable benefit for my future grows.
Thanks!

if you can vent to the attic then go with a passive intake. you'll be stylin.

Central AC recirculates air within your home. It does NOT bring in fresh air with plenty of CO2.
