 male to female ratio

I germinated 5 ak 47 seeds and after about 5 weeks of vegging I'm seeing preflowers and it looks like 4 males and a female. That's not a very good ratio, huh?

Yeah you just got unlucky cause in nature people say it's 50/50 but nope it's not. One male can fertilize many females so mother nature usually has higher female ratios buuuuut there is the times when your getting seeds in a package when the rates just don't work in your favor. Shit happens and it sucks but just make the best of the one you have cause it's a damn good performing strain.

the last time i popped seed from a breeder(emerald triangle seeds) i popped 6 six and i got 6 males. I didnt want to waste the money on the order so thats why i made my first photosensitive cross.
i still swear the remaining 6 seeds will all be female.

Thanks guys, I've been keeping my environmental factors quite ideal and kinda figured it might just be bad luck. I still have six more beans, maybe there will be a few more females there. I'm gonna wait til I grow these ones out, I got a couple free female seeds with my order, a Jack and Blue Rhino, and they seem to be doing great.
