 Planting seed in soil. should i use 20/20/20 feed for fresh taproot sprouts

I have fresh germinated seed with taproots and I got some biocups that you can just not remove but plant right in the next pot. My question is when using potting soil (organics brand) should I add the 20/20/20.plant feed for fresh sprouted seeds? Or wait for the transplant?

Feed seeds? I am sure that this is a bad idea....they burn so easily.
Of all my additives only Liquid Karma is recommended for seedlings.
...but wait for more experience to chime in...

Very bad idea, sure fire way to kill your plants. Even with liquid karma I start out at 1/4 strength for seedlings/

Ok thanks guys. Then how old does the plant have to be to safely add the liquid karma?
