This is what I plan on using until the germinated seed beings to sprout, after that I will be building a small grow box and this will become a mother plant. After the seed sprouts I plan on putting the clay pellets and rockwool in a small bubbleponic system. Will this work until then???

That'll work, just make sure that it's not too hot with those bulbs right next to the rockwool.

Its pretty hot in that little box. Should I use one bulb? They are 43w cfls???

Well it just sprouted and it is about and inch and a half tall. I got a fan in the box now and it REALLY cooled it down. haha I was worried about a fare aswell but its fine now with the fan. Any thoughts on how long until it needs to put in a better setup??? I will begin building as soon I get a few dollers from work.

Seeds don't need light until they sprout, only warmth and moistue ;-)

it is useless now for this person but its worth pointing out those are the wrong burn temp cfl for veg. those are probably 2700k-3000k what you need are 6500k if you want good healthy growth.
this is what your fluorescent veg bulbs need to look like.
