 Urgent help with plants !

i need some help with my plants, i have 2 of them, one is nice a green and thick, and bushy, but has no smell, always has been fed well, and well looked after plant number #1
Now plant number #2 has problems i have tried epson salts, always fed and looked after well, and treated right have been trying to follow things to get her back but not much seems to be working plant #2

Plant number 1 has 0 Smell to it, when plant 2 has a mean nice smell but has yellowing, tried alot to get it greeen, the leaves turn yellow and branch died and just hangs there, and i end up pulling them off, weekly, top half is nice its more down the bottom

What did you try get it to stop this? Because this is classic nitrogen deficiency. You also should transplant to a bigger container with more soil in it.

Tried nitrogen rich fertilizer , the plant is not root bound or anything , its been well fed, looked after , i did use epson salt as i was thinking that might help, and just diff soil, and fertilizer (not to much)
Soil Growers:
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Clones
2. How old are your plants? 3 Months
3. How tall are your plants? plant 1 is 114cm(45") - plant 2 is 6Foot without the pot for those
4. What size containers are they planted in? 33cm pot
5. What is your soil mix? Cow poo, premium grade potting mix (very fine, and good quality)
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use and how much you give per watering? every 2nd day depends on heat my country is very hot, , normal tap water,
7. What is the pH of your water? Unsure (Normal water)
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? have used micral grow, cow poop, other high multi furtilizer's and NPK furtlizer, have given it seasoul
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? None
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") Outside
11. How close are your lights to the plants? n/a
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? n/a
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? n/a
14. What is the pH of the soil? Unsure
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? n/a
16. How much experience do you have growing? Second crop

6 feet tall and not root bound?? Bull shit dude. It needs more nitrogen rich fertilizer on a regular basis. Every 3rd watering at least.
And you NEED to transplant it into a bigger container.

hey man you should have them plants into new pots for sure, very root-bound by the looks of it then give them a nice nitrogen feed
