I wouldn't wanna be one of the first groups. I'd also want to be able to have a dog and bring some chronic seeds. Those are really my only requirements for anywhere lol.

Why should that mean it isn't real?
I think colonizing another big rock, be it the moon or mars, is the giant leap man kind needs to make to continue survival so I'd be pretty excited to be a part of such a big step for us, earth is too crowded and the more people living on it the more it suffers
