So I just bought my first pressure cooker/canner a few days ago.
It's fucking awesome how fast I can cook foods.
Cooked a pot roast today in just 40 minutes.

Funny thing is the only reason I bought this in the first place was for PCing grains and what not. Then I look at the recipes and was in awe how fast you can cook food lol.
