 Micro Dosing

For last week ive been eating a point .2-.3 of mushrooms in the mornings...
not enough to trip. but enough to enhance my day. I read that Mckenna and Leary were into daily micro doses, so i figured I would see if it would do much...
So far the effects i have got are: more energy, better mood overall, More desire to learn stuff, and desire to interact positively with my family and friends .
The doses are so low that they are not psychedelic (no CEV or OEV's). but they do seem to help in a positive way. This could be placebo, but micro doing around the holidays with my family really seemed to make me connect more to my family.
I will continue this for .... science 
anyone else try micro doses?

Not necessarily a micro dose story but I did eat shroom dust @ work once..this was b4 I had experience w/ psychedelics. It was a trip I'll surely never forget though.
Some decent cid would be fuckin sweet!
