It's sprayed. Directions are all over the place.

You should do SOME of this research yourself man. There's all sorts of this stuff that comes up with a quick google search.

Spray the whole plant making sure not to miss the underside of the leaves.
Follow mixing directions on the package.
Be sure to wear groves when working with this product.
