just harvest. yes, it might make some difference for it to be in the dark all night. but for that to matter you would have to grab your plant before the lights came on and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference IMO.
i said fuck it to the no light before harvest and just cut my bitches down when they're ready.

I believe you judge it as a whole. Ill take a gander at my buds but I usually clip off the sugar leaves that right up on the bud to check my trichomes. Check more then one cola also to get an idea of what all ur trichs are at the moment.

You don't have to wait for amber trichs, it's personal preference. You don't want to be harvesting when you still got a million clear/cloudy though.
