Slap one on, no more, and don't cut it in half.
If shit gets too intense/nauseating, rip it off and save the rest (if any is left over) for another day, but it will definitely be much weaker after taking it off and re-applying.
But like RasJeph said, be careful with those, definitely not for lightweights. (No idea what your experience level is.)

Yeah they were the watson 75mcg ones im pretty experienced with opiates. split them with a free friends who were revisited with them and i was the only one who.didnt pukeHahah

I've used 150mcg ones, with no gel, so it was safe to cut it and applied it to my thigh, with heat, until I felt high and took it off immediately for re-use. That's the safest and most reliable method I've used to abuse the patch and it worked... maybe too well. Those fuckers are great for a person like myself with very low opiate tolerance.
I've also chewed pieces, but I'd rather not have that shit in my mouth, but it did work. Just be smart, do your research on what the exact patch you have to find the most efficient and less harmful ways to abuse them.

Oh definitely man I researched as much as I could, made sure I knew exactly what patch I had and the total amount of fent in the patch. Would be easier to dose the non-jelled ones but I just started as small as possible, and did them with friends who were experienced with them and I have a muuch higher tolerance than all of them they all puked and I took substantially more than all of them and felt amazing.
The fear receded as soon as I hit the one hour mark after my first dose. Just cut the patch open dipped a qtip n let it chill beyween my gums and cheek, I think I got my dose down. Keep reading up on how fent isn't very recreational, butb fuck imb really liking it, I mean not the most euphoric but very sedating and lasts a long time also. Had fun with it dobt plan on usin itb again just always wanted to try it an awesome hookup that has almost every drug I want to try. next on the list is dilauded

Diluadid is alright. I recently tried it and was like any other opiate really. I never can really distinguish much between different opiates
Today is starts my 4th day of being drug-free. Doesnt mean shit to me yet, but will be nice knowing I can pass drug tests without cheating and that I am not chemically dependent on anything. Got a long way to go but it's a start

I am in a little bit of a pickle, no pun intended. My friend is sending me dope for my bday. By the time it gets here I will have a week clean. Dont know whether I can recreationally use or not.
On the positive, I tapered off soo much over the past several months that the only W/D's I had were some very minor body aches which were easily cured by some Ibuprofen
Just got back from putting in some job applications in town, going to fill out some online ones either tonight or tomorrow.
