So... on our sister site, shroomery, there is what I consider to be a very interesting thread.

It has to do with a bunch of people apparently dreaming the end of the world.
I can be a little bit of a  sometimes, but I am really into psychedelic theories and philosophies.
One, in particular, being the 2012 predictions. The fact that the I-Ching, Terence McKenna, and The Mayans all said this.
I mean, The Mayan's psychedelic use is so fucking brilliant and it influenced their amazing architecture and discoveries so much.

Now, I kind of always viewed it as not an "everybody run the sun is blowing up the fucking world" type of thing, but rather a peaceful evolution of consciousness or possibly everyone suddenly blasting of into hyperspace.
Maybe both an end of the world and also a peaceful decent into enlightenment.
How, or if, this may happen is anybodies guess.
A bug that releases endogenous DMT, or maybe a solar pull that makes all of our bodies blast into synergy.
Anyway, the fact that all these shroomers and dreamers are all of a sudden dreaming seems interesting to me and I thought I'd share it here. 
I am very lucky and happy that I am finally dreaming again!
I lost my ability to dream, or remember my dreams, for the most part. I say that's probably because of the drugs I was on (anti-depressants and anti-psychotics) that fucked up my serotonin.
When I take diphenhydramine and/or melatonin lately I have been dreaming again!!!
I thought I'd share this beautiful idea with The Growery and see what response it gets and if we can get to the bottom of THE END OF THE WORLD!

I've had plenty of dreams of an apocalyptic ending, i think most people have and doesn't say anything about the future, but rather the present.
In all honesty we've never been great at predicting any future events. Everyone's got an idea based of the mayan calaneder, but I think if they knew the end of the world or some major event was happenning they would have gone into more detail about specifics.
There's enough going on each year to keep me distracted from trying to join in predicting the future too.

These people are 2012 conspirators,
they are constantly reading threads of 2012, filling their heads with fear, and its overcoming their minds
and its even run into their dreams now, they are slaves to fear
Live your life as if you don't know whats going to happen, because you don't
and I think of it this way, if we are THE LAST like generation of people thats pretty sick, we are equally as memorable as the first coherent cavemen. We got lucky enough to live in the most advanced time of our civilization, if the world does end
and besides, this life wasn't promised to you

Theres reference in the Bible to people dreaming dreams and seeing signs of the end when its near.
