After 2 months, I started these guys on 12/12 to start flowering, and now they're all dying. What is happening?

Well why don't you start off by giving us some information....
Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? 2. How old are your plants? 3. How tall are your plants? 4. What size containers are they planted in? 5. What is your soil mix? 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? 7. What is the pH of your water? 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 11. How close are your lights to the plants? 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? 14. What is the pH of the soil? 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? 16. How much experience do you have growing?

Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones?
I'm growing from random seeds found in my bud from time to time.
2. How old are your plants?
Two months since being sprouted.
3. How tall are your plants?
The tallest is about 12 inches tall.
4. What size containers are they planted in?
I'm not sure what the pot size is. Maybe a 1/4 of a gallon size pot.
5. What is your soil mix?
During the seeding, they were in just cheap potting soil. When I transplanted them, I put "Vermifire" in the bottom half (30$ per bag) and "Pro-mix" in the top half (10$ per bag), as the "vermifire" would have burned the roots.
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use?
I use tap water, and I try to water once a day or every other day, depending on how dry the soil is.
7. What is the pH of your water?
Haven't tested yet.
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio?
I don't fertilize. I wanted to buy expensive, nutrient rich soil so that I wouldn't have to use fertilizer.
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything?
I don't know what that means. I just fill a cup with water and gently water at the soil level.
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")
I have 4 CFF light. One 150watt, two two hundred watt, and one 300 watt. The 300 one gives off 3860 lumens and is in the color range of 2700. I also have a florescent tube that is red spectrum 3,000, that gives off about 3,000 lumens.
11. How close are your lights to the plants?
2 inches or so from the tops.
12. What size is your grow space in square feet?
It's in a closet. About 2' x 2'.
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space?
Temp is around 80 degrees. Humidity is 40.
14. What is the pH of the soil?
Haven't tested pH of soil.
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space?
No, just yellow leaves at bottom and now drooping.
16. How much experience do you have growing?
This is my first grow.

This is going to sound crazy, but I think you may be underwatering them. Is the cup next to the plants how much water they get each time.

I'm pretty sure they were under-watered. The plant, soil and pot weighed almost nothing. So, I put about 3 ounces of water in 3 of the pots and half a day later, those 3 were starting to look better. Normally, they get less an ounce of water per day. Sometimes just a couple squirts from a sprayer. So, last night, I gave the last 3 a deep sip of water each. I'll post pics tomorrow of what they look like.

I will take a pic later, but I received a text stating that they're all looking great after giving them extra water yesterday.

You should probably be giving them at leas a quarter gallon of water each time you water them

Quarter gallon??? These are really small pots. These are probably 20 oz pots, if that's how you measure pot size. The pots stand about 3 or 4 inches high. Here's a pic from last night, by the way.

Wait. Did you mean a quarter gallon for all 6? Because that makes sense, I guess. If I gave a quarter gallon to each pot, I would think that would kill them.

Judging on the size of those pots, yeah. A quarter of a gallon for EACH pot.

So, for the lower leaves that are yellow or brittle, should I cut them off? How do you know when to cut and when to wait and see if it gets better? I figure the lower leaves are yellowing due to lack of light or perhaps N deficiency. Not really sure, but I think it's light related.

You let the leaves fall off on their own, or come off with a gentle tug.
They wont recover or heal themselves.
I'd say they're yellowing due to a lack of nitrogen.

This is the soil that I'm using in the bottom half of each pot. I was hoping to get by without using anything other than water and really good soil.

Okay, so my next question is, when do I move them into bigger pots? I guess I should find out by end of next week which plants are my bitches, and then I can put them in gallon pots, yes? And then what? Do they move up to a 3 gallon pot? Will they get that big in my setup? Never really figured out when you're supposed to upgrade pots.

Well if you're already flowering it's too late to transplant to larger containers.

Wait, what? Seriously? I thought you transplanted throughout. Well shit. I don't see the point in continuing this grow if I'm going to get only 4 grams or so. I thought the plant at least doubled in size during the flowering stage. Perhaps even tripled. How's it going to do that in little pots? What would be the harm in upgrading the pot size in a couple weeks? Will that just piss the plant off?

Well it's not going to piss the plants off. But it's not going to grow any new roots, and there's no point in putting it in more dirt if it's not going to utilize it.
How much the plant stretches is dependent on strain, but you don't really have enough light there to support plants that are bigger than they are now anyways.
