I really could not find anything in the scientific literature to support it except for diagnosing and treating nutrient deficiencies, but some growers rave about foliar feeding so I thought I'd give it a try. Bad Idea? Hate to waste a $50 bottle of goop.
Just discovered I got the wrong damn bulb. I know I asked the dude at the hydro store for a warm MH instead of a HPS, lack of communication I guess. I noticed that my grow room temp was somewhat cooler (around 75F) so I took a closer look at the box. Crrraaapppp! I know the plants will be fine, I just really, really wanted to try the MH instead. Anyway, what I got was a warm HPS. I must say the pinkish glow is far less obnoxious than the standard yellow all-purpose HPS.
More roots showing in clones, 4 of 16. They still have a ways to go but I'm hopeful. It's still a much better result than what I had last time - 100% dead clones!
