It really intensifies the opiate youre on
U go into a k hole/nod combo where you get sooper fuxed up and nod out hard. lol be careful with this combo though ive never taken it too far but every time i take it to a good level i feel kinda surprised i didnt die. It feels that good

It is, but don't fuck with the pills, unless they are the REALLY small ones, but still not worth the risk.
Diacetylmorphine is Heroin. And it IS great, until your friends and family hate you and you are completely broke.
Some can bang the shit responsibly, but most I've known have fallen pretty hard trying to walk that fine line. Including yours truly. It's not something to take lightly, I'll say that much.

I've seen several lives, relationships, families destroyed by opiate abuse/addiction.
It's a terrible thing.

i just want to experience the best opiate once and that's it. to see what it's all about.
i've done oxycodone and hydrocodone (with acetaminophen or ibuprofen) plenty of times but i would end up taking around 30 mg and feel nothing or not like the effects i felt. last time i just felt uneasy. not sure why.
i did have one good experience, i drank 2 oz of oxycodone syrup and drank a 40 right afterwards. i was really young at the time. felt amazing and some fat girl gave me the best head.

I enjoy my opiates with moderation, but heroin makes me sad

True, but the OD's on heroin at least take you out softly. A lot better than your heart blowing out on a good tweek or coke OD.
