Symptoms Persist

I posted this about 4 days ago, and I realize this isn't really a long time to wait for a plant to heal, but the problem areas shown below have all gotten worse.
Quote:
Garrett91 said: My plant is extremely sick. Any advice would be appreciated Soil Growers: 1. Are you growing from seed or clones? Seed 2. How old are your plants? 2 months 3. How tall are your plants? About 35 - 40cm 4. What size containers are they planted in? I don't know its big enough at this point though 5. What is your soil mix? 50/50 perlite and potting soil, with worm castings 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? About once every three days 7. What is the pH of your water? Water is slightly acidic, 6.9 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? Hasn't shown sign of deficiency thus far so i have only used a bit of seaweed when the leaves start to go light green 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") 600w MH for veg 11. How close are your lights to the plants? About 40cm 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 5 square feet approx. 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? room temp 23 - 25C, humidity is 45 to 50% 14. What is the pH of the soil? nuetral 7.0 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? there are a few little bugs that hover around, but they dont seem to sit in or around my plants i think they like the water, noticed aphids a month or so ago and gave them a spray, they have not returned 16. How much experience do you have growing? Cannabis: The disregarded bad advice from amateur growers i know, and things i have read here, no practical experience. other plants, i have grown i have a capsicum plant and strawberries which enjoy similar conditions to cannabis
Mutant leaf tips:
Brown Spots on veins and severe yellowing:
Little Green Speckles:
Purple/Red Stems on newer growth:
Lower leaves have turned yellow now also, larger leaves showing up with random brown spots, yellow/brown leaf tips. I thought it was a generalized def, but I gave it all round fertilizers the last two waterings and it seems there is still no change. Although the fertiliser seemed to make the purple stems fade a bit.
Growth has come to a stand still and things are not looking good on anywhere of this plant.

Flush the plant....Then apply a small amount of fertilizer on the last gallon. What kind of fertilizer are you using?

Organics additives, like blood and bone, gypsum and potash. But the other day I just bought a pack of liquid fertilizers which I plan to use in a future hydroponic garden. Its called Flairform Starter Kit, Green Dream Grow 3-1-5, Green Dream Bloom 2-2-6, GroStorm 0-0.02-0.50, Bud Storm 0-13-11, CMX 4-0-0

So your making a tea out of the blood and bone meal? Just adding it to the soil?
If you want us to figure out what's going on, you really need to give us more specifics man.

Sorry, yeah I was feeding the soil with organic fertilizers. Not making a tea, just adding them as a defense against deficiency. Adding the recommended amount by the bag and watered and turned it into the soil. There isn't really much to say about it, I just put it in there to stop defs but it odviously hasn't worked so I sought out advice

You may have amended too much into the soil. Again your not giving me real specifics, like EXACTLY how much you put into the soil.
These type of amendments aren't available to the plant right away unless you make a tea out of it.
So I stick with the original advice to flush the shit out of your plants. And use some bottled nutes on the last gallon, but not too much.

I flushed the plant and added ferts on the last bottle as you said. Though more and more leaves seem to be getting worse, stems continue to turn red and more of the lower leaves have turned yellow and brown spots are still appearing.
