How much of those nutrients are giving?  My guess is that you have given them too much, and they are in nutrient lock out.

I just watered the soil before taking the pictures so that might have something to do with it.

I started feeding the around 1 week and a half ago and I have fed it twice now at more diluted than recommended

I guarantee you're overfeeding them.  They really don't need nutrients at this stage of life.  There's plenty in the soil itself.  You need to flush the soil to correct this problem.

The stems have been turning red-purplish

For one you need to transplant into a bigger container.

How much of the nutrient are you feeding it?  My guess is your overfeeding judging by those spots.

That would be perfect.  You're still not really giving much info on the feeding though man.

I can help you, if you give me accurate and detailed information.

Well around 2 or so weeks ago I fed it twice throughout the weak and it had some problems so since then I stopped feeding it. I also gave fed it a tiny amount after flushing two days ago( about a 1/4 tsp per gallon)

It was about tsp to the gallon to the first two times and like almost a half gallon of that water combined I believe

Hmm....5ml's per gallon twice in the week was probably too much for a plant that small.

I think so to.  After I flushed the plant the spreading of the rusty brown marks seems to have stopped spreading or at least slowed down. I seems like it may be a getting a little worse though but its hard to tell.

After a few weeks in the new soil, I would give no more than maybe 1-2 mls of that fert ONE time.  And then 4-5 waterings in between feedings.  You're only under floros, so they don't need much.
