Well you will never get one that's air tight. They're designed to have air flowing through them, without ventilation, your plants wont grow properly. You will control the odor by using charcoal filters and the like.
As far as protection against FLIR, I am unaware of any tents that have this standard with the tent. You will have to do that on your own, but in all honesty, it's not needed at all.

Airtight won't happen. As far as shielding from heat secret jardin tents do that.
I use different combos of these in all my gardens.
5x5
4x8
8x8

well i do plan on venting .. what i ment by air tight is that i can controll all the air flow threw vents that go threw air filters... So that no air that is unfiltered will get out and stink up the place..
im gettin a care givers card so even with doing it legealy i still want to make sure that the smell is under controll so that people wont know im doing it and decide to break in when im away and steal my stuff

Well if you're venting out, then you can put a negative pressure inside the tent. This will make sure that all air coming out will be filtered though. The tents Magash posted will do this just fine.

A slight amount of negative pressure inside the tent just means that you evacuating air out faster than it's coming in. Doesn't mean that there will be a lack of anything.

You could check out Fullbloom Hydroponics; http://www.fullbloomhydroponics.net/gorilla-grow-tent-5-x-5/ I bought a 5X5 Gorilla tent from them with bitcoins, and it has worked wonders for me.
