single res DWC plant maturity ?

Having multiple plants sprouted from seed obviously will result in very different plants with different growth characteristics. Naturally some plants will mature a few days (and some of them perhaps a few weeks) slower than the most mature/fasted maturing plant(s). I have 5 girls on flower day 44 in a topfeed DWC single res system. Am I supposed to harvest all plants on the same day regardless of maturity (assuming that they'd all be close enough after going 12/12 at the same time) or should I only chop the mature ones and leave the immature ones in flower until they're ready? that's valuable space that I could be using to start another grow but then again I would like to give each plant the opportunity to mature fully and correctly.
thanks for any and all input.

It sounds to me that you know the possible outcomes. So what you are asking is do we prefer quality or quantity. I don't think anyone will be able to answer that one but you.
but i prefer quality so I would go one at a time. the next run can wait. - My opinion

Running basically 5 different phenos in on one system isn't the best idea. Now if they're all the same strain, they'll probably all have the same flowering times. If they're different strains you're going to run into issues. The problem with doing this is different strains are going to need different amounts of nutes at different times. They are also going have differing maturation times, and flushing is crucial to having tasty, non harsh smoke. And if one plant is ready to be flushed and the rest still have some weeks to go, you will be sacrificing the yield and potency of the other plants when you flush the ones that are ready for that.

Thanks for the replies guys! yeah I guess It'll just be a judgement call plain and simple. H.A.: next grow will involve nothing but clones of one plant so it'll dial in much nicer. This was simply my first grow using the best 5 (or 6 at the start really) plants. I'm probably going to take a little break in between though, I wanna let my mother grow out a few more generations of branches before I start hacking them off for clones. shouldn't involve too much downtime though =P

Well even if you're only keeping here under shoplight floros she should get big enough by the time you harvest to take plenty of clones from.
