Just starting new grow room need ideas

Hi I am setting up a hydro room using a 12x18 with 10' ceiling sealed room of the house. I would like to split the room using half for veg w/about 15 plants and mothers and half for flower w/15 plants. I am currently allowed 36 plants. Can anyone suggest a good pre-built flood tray and reservoir setup i was looking at econojet ebb and flow system or maybe the bigfoot set up. I wanna keep it easy.
what should i look for in a set up?
Is 1k Hps too little for the 15 plant flowering room or would 2 600w's be better? Im thinking about 1 600w metal halide for the veg, or 1k be better?
Now as far as dividing the room i am open to suggestions would like to keep the air flow trough using one vent and minimal exhaust duct. Obviously will be using oscillating fans as well as a carbon filters on the exhaust.
any help would be appreciated!

I'll start by saying more light the better. Try to stay above 50 watt per square foot, I myself stay at least 100 watt per square foot in the flowering room. Make sure there are no light leaks in your flowering room. I'd recommend two exhaust systems, one for each room. Air cooled hoods are always a plus. Botanicare systems are well made, and easy to get to know.

1KW of light for the entire flowering room is ABSURDLY low. I"m serious. Roll with at LEAST 600W per 4x4 square area, 1kw would be better. For a room that size (I'm assuming it will be at least 9x12) you're going to be looking at an absolute minimum of 4KW, 6 would be better depending on how you choose to lay out your trays.
