Interesting recipe. Might very well end up trying that or something similar in the next week or so. I usually fry my chops but now I'm kind of inspired to do some kind of glaze as well. Been a while since I've had them that way. I'd like to try it minus the mushrooms. Not too big on the kind that don't make you trip
i gotcha. i've made many glazes in my day as i've spent a lot of time as a cook. i should really try something different than fried chops. they're so good though.
really? you seem like the type that would love them. well, knowing what i know about you from the growery. which really isn't that much. you just seem like you would like them. i haven't done them in a couple years since when my buddy was growing them. i've had them from where i didn't know where they were coming from, and i've had them fresh picked, gotta say the second way is better for sure so i don't really trust them unless i know where they came from knowing what i now know about them. know what i mean?

yeah, i'm definitely interested in trying the glaze next time. i LOVE fried chops, don't get me wrong, but i'm definitely interested in trying something a little different, just for...well, something a little different i may not do the exact same glaze you did, but something very, very similar for sure. probably just minus the shrooms, but may do a little of this and a little of that to the recipe, but not too much to where it total changes the whole thing because i'd still like to know what your recipe tastes like, minus the shroomies of course.
