Wheat Berry bread (thick slices)
Mayo
Tomato
Cucumber
Spinach
Avocado
Salt/Pepper to taste
Its delicious this way but if you insist on having meat, put some bacon in there too.

That sounds interesting. I used to eat tomato and american cheese sandwiches. Haven't had one in forever. They were damn good.

that does sound fantastic. My personal favorite are either a Ruben, or a mit this shop used to throw together, near my old place. If I remember right, the sandwich was grilled sour dough with roasted red pepper, feta, black olives, egg plant, topped with pesto
