 Grow tent question.

Getting ready to put my grow tent together. I have to cut the poles down a bit to get it to fit in my basement. Does anyone know about how much clearance is going to be needed to get the cover over the frame?
I cut them down two inches and have about 1/2 inch to an inch in space between the pole and the ceiling already. I'm guessing that isn't going to be enough.

Well considering we have no idea what the dimensions of your tent and room are, we don't know how much you are going to need.

I'm only dealing with height, I have it cut down to 76 inches, the ceiling is 77ish inches.
There were no tents in 4x8 short enough to not have to cut it down.

I don't see why you would need to cut it down any more than that. Just try to get it on and if you can't cut it down some more....
