awesome I just saw an add in the paper for a liquor store near here that sells it.
I know it doesnt make you trip but I hear it is a very different drunk.

I believe it's only legal with the name absinthe... I don't think the actual ingredients are able to be the same.

depends on the brand you buy, but theres some out there that is made to old time recipies.

The kind in the U.S. isn't the same. It doesn't have the right amount of thujone. You an legally import the stronger brews. But i hear you can't get ones with high thujone in the US. The thujone is what causes madness / hallucinations and anything else interesting.

I had some imported shit about a year ago from France. Tasted like licorice and I just got really wasted. It also turned very cloudy when cold water was added.

I found out there is a limit to the thujone/wormwood levels in absinthe even in europe and also found the brands with the highest levels thanks for your help guys.
I just want to see why van Gogh loved it so much.
