 help me pick apart my grow plan?

ok, first off.
1. Are you growing from seed or clones? clones
2. How old are your plants? idk but ive had em for 6 days
3. How tall are your plants? 4 strains between 6-12 inches
4. What size containers are they planted in? 3gal
5. What is your soil mix? 5 parts plain potting soil/1 parts miraclegro organic 2-3 month formula
6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? ive watered 3x in 6 days... day 1- 1/2 litre tap water in each pot-day 3 i put 1 litre of tap water + 1/4 dose of calmag and 1/4 dose veg formula into each pot -day 5 1.5 liters tap h2o per pot and 1/2 doses of the 2 nutes i mentioned...(prob a mistake)
7. What is the pH of your water? my ph tester says not to submerge in water but watered soil was at about 5.5 so i added 5 ml white vinegar to day 5 water/feeding
8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? 10-5-5 at 1/5th strength
9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? ive lightly sprayed once with tobbaco tea
10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights")1000w mh in a fan cooled glass tube.
11. How close are your lights to the plants? 24inches
12. What size is your grow space in square feet? 5x5x7
13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? temp 74/RH 35%-45%
14. What is the pH of the soil? was 5.25 now its 6.75
15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? spider mites but under control.
16. How much experience do you have growing? 1st time
here's the basics of the plan...fire away people 
i have 2 5x5x7 tents i have 15 beautiful clones inside tent(A) in week 2 of veg. im guessing that in a 6weeks or so ill leave my 4 best plants under the 1000w (switch to hps),four(4) 56w led panels and CO2 bags...then ill move everyone else into the vegging tent(B)where they wait they're turn. should i veg under a MH or cfl's(im not sure yet...help?)
every 30 days after my 1st harvest, ill add 4 more plants i should be able harvest every month ,right?
i know thats simplified and maybe even naive but im learning on the fly...thanks everyone

Well if you can get rid of that extended release miracle grow. That's just gonna fuck with your grow the entire time.
6 weeks is a very long time to be vegging.
Watering 3 times in 1 week is way to much. Wait for the soil to dry out completely then water again. At least 1 gallon.
Get a product called AVID. And get rid of the miites NOW! Other wise you will regret it.

thanks...
the miracle grow was a 1 time thing. all future plants will be in fox farms or similiar. i thought with proper pruning i could stay in veg almost indefenitely. my plan depends on it actually.according to my numbers 4 of those plants would veg for 6 mos!!! ive got the books and ive seen the videos but im still soooo confused...are the basics of my grow plan valid?

Sure there valid.
Sure you can keep them in veg indefinitely if you keep cutting growing shoots. But if your just vegging to flower it there's no need to veg that long.
Especially with the size they're already at.

forgot to mention...i hit the mites pretty hard. none left alive...found some eggs 3 days ago but they will be misted again on 11th day and 13th day to kill everyone that gets born lol. ladybugs go in monday. theyll prob take heavy casualties when i spray again. ill dump the other half in and let em patrol as long as they want ,right?

Rinse em well before you add the lady bugs. Don't put the lady bugs in until a week after you've applied. No point.

whats an average veg period. i thought it was around 60 days. id appreciate hearing your ideas on forcing them. id LOVE to shave a couple weeks off my timeline

Well since they're clones they're already females. All you'd be doing is putting them in 12/12.
Now if your taking fresh clones then yeah they're it's about 6 weeks total if your counting the rooting time.
4 weeks is pretty sufficient though.
