Haven't used that particular carbon filter. But looks like a good deal on the combo. I'd try it out.

Well what kind of light are you wanting to run? That's gonna determine the size of the tent you want.

1000w hid HPS for flowering

Im a big guy and I know a 1000w is good for a 4x4 but I need to move inside the tent to work so Im thinking the 76"x76"x76" is best for me now..

so the carbon filter combo isnt junk? I need them, just wanted to make sure it wasnt trash. :thumbup:

Pretty much with HID you want to get a good ballast and a decent air cooled reflector, but the most important 2nd to ballast is the bulb, a crap 5$ china bulb wont do what a 25-80$ bulb will :P

I am going LED next month. :smile:

Then get the 76x76x76, Nothing wrong with that man. I think that carbon filter will work just fine. I see no reason why it wouldn't.

Should have gotta a 6 inch. You need that amount of air exchange that a 6 inch will give you. Plus it will help with smell. 4 inch probably not gonna cut it.

If he only plans to cult 2 plants he wll be find with 4 inch as long as the cfm is decent.

Im only going to have 2 maybe 4 MJ plants going at once the rest of the area will have apple tree seedlings and carnivorous plants :grin:
