Dimo114 may still have a good deal on a 1000 watt set up. I bought his 600, and he made a more than fair offer on the other stuff he had.

edit: That in a 4x4 tent is way overkill. You'd be more than good with a 600.
That bulb is a peice of shit, just saying. And 600 watts is better for 3x3, and 1000 is best for 4x4.

Yeah, plant growth is the main reason. I prefer ultra sun bulbs, over all others.

Hortilux bulbs are great bulbs indeed, but ultra sun bulbs are just as good, and a faction of the price.
Would also like to note, that it appears the ulta sun bulb hold on to their lums longer, than Hortilux. But yeah the bulb plays a huge part in plant growth.

190 CFM. I'd go for the 6 inch personally.
I agree with this 100%.

The clonex is what you want. No real need for superthrive, until there are at least signs of roots, imo. As for the ph tester I can't help ya. I use the ddrops by GH. But I'm sure someone will let you know.

Superthrive helps plants and their root systems deal with many types of stress. In my experience it helps with root growth as well.
I personally quit using it about a year ago.
Be sure when using it, to only use a few drops per gallon, I found that anymore than 1 ml per three gallon is a bit wasteful.

It's gonna greatly depend on how tall you plan to grow. A good rule of thumb is to expect the plant to double or thriple in height during flowering.
