I did not vote due to not knowing, I wonder the same thing, seeing how white reflects light. But to what degree, and which is more efficient.

I voted paint.
Because that or black and white poly is what I use personally.
I've read many posts over the years about people having issues with hot spots using mylar, so I choose to avoid it.

haha never thought that threw of corse it would it reflects more light red
well would you think that sliver or possibly blue Mylar would work better for veg then
it would be a bit of a nytmare changing things about mid way threw the grow but ive plenty of time on my hands
if keeping a motherplant what do you think work best

i really dont know anything about it.
i just like to give an answer not listed
i myself have white paint.
they do try and push it hard at worms way tho
when/if i do get it, it will be for only the ceiling of my grow room.

ynp on the money! Flat white reflects more light but absorbs way more dirt etc.
mylar or panda film both reflect well but mylar seems to get dirty easier.
It's a lot easier to wash a wall than it is to wash a thin layer of plastic barely suspended to the wall.
Therefore, paint, even though I'm using mylar and plastic, I feel paint would be the best.
