So im thinking I over watered one of my plants.. some leaves and stems just recently became limp and droopy. I was wondering if there was anything i could do to save the plant. Thanks for your feedback!

If its overwatering, the only thing you can do is let it dry out.
Its a really common mistake if you're new to growing; as a rule of thumb, you should let your medium dry pretty significantly prior to watering again. You can test it picking up the pot immediately after watering and then as the medium dries, you can judge when to water by the weight of the pot.
You can also wait to water until you can press your finger up to the first digit into the medium: Wait to water until it is dry to that depth.

i forgot to mention, i was giving a heavy misting with a spray bottle numerous times a day..

Are they in veg or flower?
The misting isn't necessary, and if you keep doing it in flower you'll get bud mold.

Hmm I wonder how outdoor plants dont get mold.
As for overwatering, I wouldnt worry to much:), your girl will "save" herself in no time

Many plants are lost every year outdoors due to mold, and mildew. .

Didnt know that :O
I mean is it like 10% or like 50? Idk, just that late flowering outdoors is September-october as far as I know and thats usually when it rains most.. in this part of the world at least.
I guess its all about location, location, location.
