If its overwatering, the only thing you can do is let it dry out.
Its a really common mistake if you're new to growing; as a rule of thumb, you should let your medium dry pretty significantly prior to watering again. You can test it picking up the pot immediately after watering and then as the medium dries, you can judge when to water by the weight of the pot.
You can also wait to water until you can press your finger up to the first digit into the medium: Wait to water until it is dry to that depth.

Are they in veg or flower?
The misting isn't necessary, and if you keep doing it in flower you'll get bud mold.
